The Halstead Bank :: Commercial Accounts

The Halstead Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2009, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

High yield interest rates established weekly based on prevailing market rates.
Minimum initial deposit of $1,000.
Super NOW service charges for balances under $900;
Maximum of six (6) withdrawals by check or third-party debit per statement cycle.
Unlimited transactions on over-the-counter, mail, or ATM activity.
No service charge on average monthly balances exceeding $1,000.

BUSINESS - SECURITY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT (SIA)

For customers with $10,000 who want immediate access to their funds. You will earn interest above Money Market and regular savings rates.

Minimum initial deposit of $10,000;
Maximum of six (6) withdrawals by check or third-party debit per statement cycle.
If average daily balance for the statement cycle falls below $10,000 a $10.00 service charge will be assessed for each statement cycle.
